We strive to deliver high-quality, compliant, and user-friendly services from booking consultations to processing cancellations or refunds. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which users (“Users”) can request refunds or reschedule sessions.

1. Expert Consultation/Treatment Plan

1. Any User who books a discovery call may receive a 100% refund of the fees paid if the booking is cancelled at least 4 hours prior to the scheduled start time.
2. If the discovery call is cancelled due to a fault attributable to SwasthyaElite (e.g., expert no-show or cancellation by the expert), the User shall be entitled to a 100% refund of the consultation fee.
3. Users may reschedule their session via their SwasthyaElite account up to 2 hours prior to the scheduled consultation and may choose from available time slots with the assigned expert.
4. If a User fails to attend the consultation for any reason not attributable to SwasthyaElite, the session will be treated as a ‘no show’ and no refund or rescheduling will be allowed.
5. Treatment plans once purchased are non-refundable.

2. Application for Refund/Cancellation
All refund or cancellation requests must be submitted via email to info@swasthyaelite.com SwasthyaElite will make reasonable efforts to resolve such requests promptly.

3. Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed through SwasthyaElite’s payment gateway/banking channels to the User’s original payment method within 7 working days.

4. Updates to the Policy
This Policy is subject to the Terms and Conditions of the Website. SwasthyaElite reserves the right to update or amend this Policy at its discretion.
